1. Sales Engineer (5 persons)
(Jakarta, Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
Analysing costs and sales
Requirements:
Single, male, 24-28 years old
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Phisycs from reputable university
2– 4 years of work experience in Industrial Automation market with wide range of customer database
Well proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication and strong analytical capabilities
High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve the problem
Highly motivated, target oriented individual
Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English: both written and spoken
2. Technical Specialist (6 persons)
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Conduct and develop training program
Engage customers from solutioning perspective, including qualifying opportunities, preparing proposal and presentation materials
Designing, developing, installing, managing and/or maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems and processes
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Providing advice and consultancy support
Project management within cost and time constrained environments
Requirements:
Male/Female, Single, 24 - 28 years old
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Phisycs from reputable university
Have a good knowledge of PLC, automation system
Have min. 2 years experience in retail electrical business and have a good relationship with electrical supplier and retailer; oil and gas company; mining company, etc.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
Willing to travel in Indonesia Region
Have driving license
